    FAQ

What is the Fine Arts & Crafts Festival All About?

The Lakes Region Fine Arts & Crafts Festival has been tremendously successful for over 40 years! Our committee works hard to
organize a well-planned, orderly show for all to enjoy. With management, surveillance, marketing and entertainment costs on the
rise, the registration fee for the 2025 festival will be $300.00.

Interested artists will complete the above Entry Application for consideration. When the Committee approves your spot, you will receive a notification email that will include a link to submit payment. This is a highly sought-after and anticipated event!

I'd prefer to print a form and mail a check. How can I do this?

There’s a button at the top of this page to see the Entry Form in PDF format. Print that, and write a check for $300 payable to: The Meredith Area Chamber of Commerce. You can mail everything to:

    Meredith Area Chamber of Commerce

    PO Box 732

    Meredith, NH 03253

What Info Do I Need To Know About My Space?

Participants are assigned a 10×10 space and each artisan is required to provide their own tent in pristine condition.

The show runs from 9am to 5pm Saturday and 9am to 4pm Sunday.

Artisans can begin set up at 5AM on Saturday (8/23) and must be completely set up by 8:30AM.

There is plenty of OFF-STREET parking and restrooms available.

The event is held RAIN or SHINE!

Artisans must stay until close both days.

Electricity and Wi-Fi are NOT available in vendor spaces. Quiet generators only.

Even though the Festival Committee provides quality overnight security, those who leave booths set up overnight do so at their own risk.
