Security serves as a deterrent only. The Meredith Area Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for loss or damage.
What if it rains? The festival is a rain-or-shine event. Only in extreme circumstances, and with guidance from local authorities, would early closure or cancellation occur.

Insurance & Legal Requirements

Do I need liability insurance? Vendors selling consumable products (food, candles, personal care items, etc.) must carry liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Liability listing the Meredith Area Chamber of Commerce as Additional Insured.

All exhibitors are strongly encouraged to carry general liability insurance. Providers such as ACT or NEXT Insurance offer short-term policies suitable for craft festivals.
