This form is a commitment to display work produced solely by the artist / registrant in the category in which accepted. The registrant hereby releases the Meredith Area Chamber of Commerce, the Town of Meredith, and the Lakes Region Fine Arts & Crafts Festival Committee(s) and affiliates of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or equity, from any loss or damage to the undersigned’s property while in the supervision or auspices of the festival. NO REFUNDS are issued for cancellation. The Festival is held RAIN or SHINE. The Festival Committee reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules.

What is the Fine Arts & Crafts Festival All About?

The Lakes Region Fine Arts & Crafts Festival has been tremendously successful for over 40 years! Our committee works hard to
organize a well-planned, orderly show for all to enjoy. With management, surveillance, marketing and entertainment costs on the
rise, the registration fee for the 2024 festival will be $300.00. The entry requirement has transitioned from an application to a
registration format, meaning that anyone who has participated in the past need only submit the entry form with
payment by MONDAY, JULY 8, 2024 to reserve a spot. This is a highly sought-after and anticipated event!

What Info Do I Need To Know About My Space?

Participants are assigned a 10×10 space and each artisan is required to provide their own tent in pristine condition.

The show runs from 9am to 4pm both Saturday and Sunday.

Artisans can begin set up at 5AM on Saturday (8/24) and must be completely set up by 8:30AM.

There is plenty of OFF-STREET parking and restrooms available.

The event is held RAIN or SHINE!

Artisans must stay until 4PM both days.

Electricity and Wi-Fi are NOT available in vendor spaces.

Even though the Festival Committee provides quality overnight security, those who leave booths set up overnight do so at their own risk.
