Participating Business Guidelines

Display a Holiday Tree: Set up and decorate a themed tree inside your business to welcome visitors.
Collect Donations: Host an official collection bin (under your tree) for community donations throughout the month.
Issue Raffle Tickets: Reward donors with an entry into the community raffle:
- Donors receive one (1) raffle ticket per visit per day, regardless of the quantity of items brought in.
- Ensure donors complete their contact details directly on the ticket.
- Securely store all completed tickets on-site through December 26.
Promote your participation: Share photos of your tree and event updates on your social media channels using designated community tags where applicable.

Tag the Meredith Area Chamber of Commerce and/or Shop Main Street Meredith groups in your social media posts where applicable.

Weekly Item Pickups: The Chamber team will pick up collected donations every Friday in December. For mid-week overflow or special pickups, contact info@meredithareachamber.com.
Final Ticket & Item Retrieval: Chamber representatives will collect remaining donations and ticket stubs between December 26 and December 30.
Live Grand Prize Drawing: Winners will be drawn on December 31, 2026, with results posted to both the Meredith Area Chamber of Commerce and Shop Main Street Meredith websites.
